Welcome to the George Mason University online tutorial of PBworks! This online space is the best place to learn about wikis and how to use them in your classroom. This tutorial is ON a PBworks, so anything you see here can be used on your classroom wiki.
There is a lot of information on this workspace, remember don't get intimidated! Start Small!
Each tutorial begins with an explanation of the module and ideas to keep in mind while revewing the material. Think about how to implement these new tools in your classroom. Along the way we offer suggestions, quotes from other teachers and links to additional materials. Follow those links for more information.
At the end of each module is a section of discussion questions. Some questions should be explored on your own PBworks, and others are answered very publicly with teachers from other districts on our PBworks Educator discussion board. Make sure you can answer all of the questions before moving on to the next module!
You will always have access to this site, so if you need to reference back to these training materials, they will be here!
The best place to get help is to click the "help link" on the top right of this wiki.
